Refund Policy

1. Cryptocurrency payments

Payments are made in USDT (TRC20) and cannot be reversed by us once they are confirmed on the network. Refunds, when approved, are sent in USDT to a TRC20 address that you provide, minus the network fee.

2. When we refund

• You paid and your access was not activated, and we are unable to activate it.
• The service was not working for you during the first 7 days after purchase and we were unable to fix it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

3. When we do not refund

• Change of mind after using Premium.
• A specific video is unavailable (videos come from third-party sources and may change).
• Payments sent to the wrong network or with a wrong amount (we will try to help, but recovery is not guaranteed).
• Accounts suspended for abuse or violation of the Subscription Terms.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@rawpornhub.com within 7 days of the purchase with your account email, the transaction ID, and the reason. We reply within 3 business days.
